Enterprise Terms of Service
Last Updated: 21 October 2026 · Governing B2B usage of the SiSender Cold Outreach Engine & CRM.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an organisation account, subscribing to a commercial package, or accessing the SiSender application programming interface (API), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. B2B Commercial Scope & Purpose
SiSender is strictly a business-to-business (B2B) sales enablement platform. Customer agrees that the service will not be used for consumer marketing, mass marketing lists, illegal unsolicited messaging, or any activity that violates the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) or applicable international anti-spam laws.
3. Subscription Tiers & Quotas
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis according to the plan tier selected (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). Quotas for active mailboxes, monthly email dispatches, and active prospects are enforced strictly by the platform engine. Usage exceeding agreed quotas will be queued until the subsequent billing period or plan upgrade.
4. Payment & Renewal
Subscription fees are invoiced monthly in advance and processed automatically via Stripe or Razorpay. Fees are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied at the prevailing UK statutory rate where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle end date.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
SiSender commits to a 99.9% uptime availability for the core background dispatcher queue and web application consoles, excluding scheduled maintenance announced with at least 48 hours notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SiSender's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the incident.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
